What materials are Steele Haus artworks made of?

Each piece is handmade of mixed media plaster, acrylic sealant and paint, on a cotton or linen canvas. Textures are created by a repetitive process of layering, sculpting and drying.

What does One of a Kind mean?

This means that each piece is truly unique and not like any other artwork in the world.

What does limited edition mean?

This means that each print is only made in a set number of editions per size and will never be reproduced again.

COMMISSION WORK

How do I order a commission piece?

How long does it take before a commission is finished?

It usually takes up to 4 weeks, depending on the size and design of the artwork. However, we do work with a waiting list — please reach out via email or Instagram to get an update on the current waiting list. During the creation of the commission, regular updates are shared.

SHIPPING

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the artwork and the destination. The final shipping price will be updated in the checkout once you’ve added your shipping address. Your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes that your order might incur. Steele Haus does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Steele Haus.

Can I pick up my order?

Next to regular shipping we also offer the possibility to pick up your order at our studio located in Orlando FL. If you want to do so, you can select “Pick up at the studio” at checkout. When you select this option we reach out to you to schedule your pick up.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the size and weight of the artwork, and on the destination. All items displayed as “in stock” will generally be sent out within 15 working days. For an estimation of the delivery date please reach out to info@steelehaus.com. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you select your delivery country. If an out of stock item for any reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone ASAP.

Do I get a tracking number?

All shipments are trackable, and you will get a tracking number once your order is fulfilled and leaves the warehouse.

Why can’t I order a large artwork?

Large artworks are only available upon request due to high shipping costs. However, you can always reach out to us at info@steelehaus.com to get a personal quote.
